Speaker Bio

Miss PepperMint is an acclaimed actress and singer with notable appearances on RuPaul's Drag Race (Season 9) and Broadway's Head Over Heels where she was the first trans woman to originate a principal role. She has released six albums, including A Girl Like Me: Letters To My Lovers. Her other notable projects include roles in Netflix's Survival of the Thickest, Hulu's Fire Island, and Amazon’s Harlem.   Peppermint is an influential LGBTQ+ advocate, and she was the ACLU’s first Artist Ambassador for Trans Justice.  Peppermint has received numerous accolades, including a GLAAD Media Award nomination.  You can check out her out on Instagram , YouTube and https://www.peppermintonline.com/
